    2017年12月27日,云南师范大学生物质能交流暨迎新座谈会在能源与环境科学学院222会议室隆重召开。参加本次会议的应邀嘉宾有:昆明理工大学特聘教授,昆明理工大学生物分子结构-功能学科方向团队与创新团队负责人美籍华裔胡金山教授/博士、云南省能源局,国家能源局规划司挂职胡晓明,参会往届毕业研究生有:田光亮博士、胡晓明硕士、张莉娟硕士、朱海春硕士、曾国揆硕士、杨益琼硕士等,参会的课题组成员有:张无敌研究员、尹芳副教授、吴凯博士、王昌梅博士、赵兴玲硕士、柳静硕士、杨红硕士及在读博士和硕士等50余人。
    会议分为三个阶段:课题组报告、学术报告、迎新座谈会
    第一阶段第一部分:主持人:刘继红;报告人:雷雅婷硕士、卫旻硕士、胡译丹硕士
    第一位作报告的是雷雅婷硕士,她的报告题目是《沼肥种茶在云南的推广研究》。报告对茶叶的发展史,沼肥种茶的概括分析,云南利用沼肥种植茶叶的可行性分析等做了详细介绍。尹芳副教授/博士提出建议:绪论部分应该设计内容的关联性。张无敌研究员指出:研究进展速度应该加快,突出云南沼肥种茶现状分析,由浅入深,定位明确。

 

雷雅婷硕士作报告


    卫旻硕士就《土霉素对厌氧消化的影响研究》进行报告。报告由从滥用抗生素导致的病原菌抗性等问题的研究背景下展开,介绍了相关实验及结果分析。现场讨论热烈,同学们都积极的提出自己的意见。张无敌研究员从实验的先决条件的把握方面提出意见,建议其依据饲料中可能的最大土霉素含量入手设计实验。

卫旻硕士作报告


    接下来,胡译丹硕士就《漾濞有机核桃发展模式探究》作报告。报告分别介绍了有机食品、绿色食品和无公害食品,着重分析漾濞有机核桃基本情况,优势及推广路线。报告后余坤硕士提问:有机核桃的标准是如何认证的? 尹芳副教授/博士提出:①提纲应包括第五章结论部分,通过案例分析进行可行性分析。②报告PPT字体颜色大小应作调整符合观看要求。张无敌研究员也给予其指导性建议。

 

胡译丹硕士作报告

    第一阶段第二部分:主持人:刘红艳 报告人:丁鹏力硕士、维莱雅硕士
丁鹏力硕士开始作报告,报告题目为《农产品上行的互联网技术应用》。报告介绍了互联网营销及营销的关键技术,说明农产品互联网营销的价值,提出互联网+智慧农业营销方案。各位同学老师积极讨论,建议其在报告中给出紧扣关键词,书面与口头语言相结合等建议。

丁鹏力硕士作报告


    维莱雅硕士就《中国和老挝作为能源作为的比较木薯生产》进行报告。实验选取中国和老挝两种不同来源的木薯经过预处理用SHF法进行发酵对比研究并得出结论。尹芳副教授/博士建议其更改题目为《中国-老挝木薯产酒比较研究》。张无敌研究员建议其取老挝的木薯进行具体的成分分析。

维莱雅硕士作报告


    第二阶段第一部分:主持人:刘建峰;报告人:吴凯博士、蒋金和博士
    首先吴凯博士作报告,他的报告题目是《病死猪高温厌氧消化抑制因子及活性炭调控》。报告就其近期相关实验,对未添加活性炭及添加活性炭两种处理下的猪肉末厌氧消化的日产气量、甲烷含量、氨态氮含量、乙酸含量等指标进行对比分析并推理得出结论。张旭硕士和王昌梅博士对其测乙酸时对产气系统是否有影响,添加活性炭产气促进产气的机理提出疑问并得到认真解答。刘建峰博士和尹芳副教授/博士给出建设性意见。

吴凯博士作报告


    蒋金和博士就《基于互联网的文献检索与利用》作报告。从在家运用校图书馆资源到利用“小木虫”“Google”“SCI-Hub”等检索再到学会用高级检索给让同学们在今后的学习研究中少走弯路。就本专业年代研究进行分析。同时,值此新年之际与大家分享了十多年来课题组的照片,回望历程。

蒋金和博士作报告


    第二阶段第二部分:主持人:尹芳;特邀报告:胡金山教授/博士、胡晓明硕士(云南省能源局)
第一个作报告的是胡金山教授/博士,他的报告题目是《从分子水平揭示ReQ解旋酶在人类癌症和早衰疾病中的作用机理》。报告一方面从生物大分子结构与功能的研究的重要性介绍的其团队关于①结构生物学新方法。②RecQ解旋酶的作用机理。③开发新型药物和给药方式等内容。一方面介绍其团队研发的新型的商用燃气磁感应防空烧节能器以及创新团队正在进行的“辣木蛹虫的研发及其应用”。田光亮博士提出疑问并得到专业解答。

 

胡金山教授作报告


    第二位作报告的是胡晓明硕士,其结合在云南省轻工业研究院,云南省能源局,国家能源司挂职等工作经验进行了关于《我国能源发展的几点发展》的报告。报告系统的从能源资源、能源生产、电力装机、能源消费、能源进口、能源效率、能源科技、能源国际合作八个方面进行我国能源发展现状的分析。提出关于能源发展若干问题的认识包括:如何做好煤炭高效清洁开发利用这篇大文章,新能源发展问题、煤电峰值及煤电发展问题等。

    第三阶段:迎新座谈会
    本阶段由张无敌研究员主持。首先对特邀嘉宾和博士们的精彩报告报告表示感谢,对往届毕业研究生的到来表示热烈欢迎,并对本年课题组工作做年终总结。接下来由嘉宾及课题组老师们作简短发言,往届研究生及在读研究生作轮流发言。最后张无敌研究员回顾2017,展望2018,2017年度云南师范大学生物质能报告年会圆满结束。

    On December 24, 2016, the annual Yunnan Normal University(YNNU) bioenergy communication and the new forum was solemnly held in No.222 conference room School of Energy and Environmental Science of YNNU. Participate in this meeting, the guests on invitation: Kunming University of Science and Technology Professor, Kunming University of Science and Technology biological molecular structure-function subject team and innovation team leader Dr. Hu Jinshan, Yunnan Provincial Energy Bureau, planning Secretary Hu Xiaoming attachment. The graduate students are: Dr. Tian Guangliang, Master Hu xiaoming, Zhang Lijuan, Zhu Haichun, Zeng Guokui, Yang Yiqiong and so on. The members of the research group include: Zhang Wudi, Yin Fang, Wang Changmei, Zhao Xingling, Wu Kai, Liu Jing and Yang Hong, and Ph. D. and Masters, more than 50 people.
The seminar was divided into three parts:
    The first part of stageⅠ: Moderator: Mr. Liu Jihong; Speaker: Lei Ya-ting Master,Wei Min Master, Hu Yidan Master.
    The first person to made a report is Master Lei Ya-Ting, her report entitled "Biogas fertilizer tea in Yunnan promotion research." The report gives a detailed introduction to the history of the development of tea, the general analysis of biogas tea planting, and the feasibility analysis of Yunnan's use of biogas to grow tea. Associate Professor/Dr. Yin Fang makes suggestions: The introduction should design the relevance of the content. Zhang Wudi researcher pointed out: the speed of research should be accelerated, highlighting the current situation of Yunnan biogas tea, from shallow to deep, clear positioning.
    Master Wei Min reported “On the effect of oxytetracycline on anaerobic digestion”. Report from the abuse of antibiotics caused by the pathogen resistance and other issues in the context of the study, introduced the relevant experiments and results analysis. All the students actively put forward their own opinions. Zhang Wudi researcher from the grasp of the preconditions of the experiment put forward their opinions, suggested that the feed based on the maximum content of oxytetracycline starting to design experiments.
    Next, Master Hu Yidan reported,entitled "Yangbi organic walnut development mode to explore". The report introduced the organic food, green food and pollution-free food, focusing on the basic situation of Yangbi organic walnut, advantages and promotion routes. After the report ,Associate Professor/Dr. Yin Fang put forward: ①The outline should include the conclusion of the fifth chapter, and conduct feasibility analysis through case analysis .② report PPT font color size should be adjusted to meet the viewing requirements. Reasearcher Zhang Wudi gave her some constructive suggestions.
    The second part of stage Ⅰ: Moderator: Mr. Liu Hongyan Speaker: Mr. Ding Pengli, Mr. Viveya .
    After a short coffee break, Ding Pengli master began to make a report, the report entitled "Upsurge of agricultural products of the Internet technology." The report introduced the key technologies of internet marketing and explained the value of the internet marketing of agricultural products, and proposes the internet + smart agriculture marketing program. The students and teachers were actively discussing, and suggested that he should give the key words in the report, notice the combination of written and oral language and so on.
    Mstaster Viveya's report titled "Comparative cassava production in China and Laos as an energy source". The experiment selected two different origins of cassava from China and Laos . Pretreatment used SHF fermentation to do contrasted study and draw conclusions. Associate Professor/Dr. Yin Fang proposed to change the title of "China - Laos cassava wine comparative study." Then two groups of experimental data comparative study. Zhang Wudi researcher suggested that She selected the tapioca in Laos for a detailed composition analysis.
    The first part of the stage Ⅱ: Moderator: Dr. Liu Jianfeng; the reporters: Dr. Wu Kai and Dr. Jiang Jinhe
    At first, Dr. Wu Kai reported his report entitled "Control factors of high temperature anaerobic digestion of sick pigs treatment and activated carbon regulation ". Based on recent experiments, he analyzed and compared the daily production gas, methane content, ammonia nitrogen content and acetic acid content of two kinds of processed pork, which did't add activated carbon and added activated carbon. Master Zhang Xu and Dr. Wang Changmei questioned the effect of acetic acid on the gas production system and the mechanism of adding activated carbon to promote gas production,Dr. Wu Kai gave a proper answer. Dr. Liu Jianfeng and associate professor Yin Fang gave constructive suggestions.
    Dr. Jiang Jinhe reported on “Literature retrieval and utilization based on the Internet”.The report what telled us many skills from at using the library resources at home to use the "wooden worm" "Google" "SCI-Hub" search,then learn to use the advanced search enabled students to learn in the future of less detours. The study of this professional age was analyzed. At the same time, on the occasion of the new year, he shared with participants the photos of the more than 10 years of the project and look back on the course.
    Second part of stage Ⅱ: Moderator: Dr. Yin Fang; special invitation reporter: Professor Hu Jinshan / Ph. D., Master Hu Xiaoming (Yunnan Energy Bureau)
    The first reporter is Professor Hu Jinshan / Doctor. His report entitled "Molecular Mechanism of ReQ Helicase Function in Human Cancer and Premature Aging Diseases". On the one hand, the report talked on the importance of the research on the structure and function of biological macromolecules. The team studied the follows:①the new methods of structural biology.②the mechanism of the action of RecQ helicase.③the development of new drugs and drug delivery methods and so on. On the other hand, the development and application of the Moringa Cordyceps militaris team developed a new commercial gas burning energy saving device. Dr. Tian Guangliang raised questions and got a professional answer.
    The second report is what Master Hu Xiaoming integrated her working experience from Yunnan Province Light Industry Research Institute, Yunnan Provincial Energy Bureau, the national energy for "a few China's energy development". The report systematically analyzed the current situation of energy development in China from eight aspects: energy resources, energy production, electric power installation, energy consumption, energy import, energy efficiency, energy technology and international cooperation in energy. The understanding of several issues concerning energy development was put forward, including how to do well in this article, such as the clean development and utilization of coal, the development of new energy, the peak value of coal and electricity and the development of coal and electricity.
    The third stage: welcome to the New Forum
    This stage is chaired by Researcher Zhang Wudi. First of all, he expressed the thanks to the invited guests and doctorate for their wonderful report. He extended a warm welcome to the arrival of the past graduate students, and made a year-end summary of the group work this year. The following is a brief speech by the guests and the teachers of the project group. The last, Researcher Zhang Wudi reviewed the 2017s, looking forward to the 2018s. 2017 Yunnan Normal University Bioenergy Communication and New Forum was successful completed.
